    The two-day GATE conference will follow the OECD's
    Institutional Management in Higher Education (IMHE)
    General Conference. This year's theme is Assuring
    Excellence in the Business, Technology and
    Globalization of Online Learning and will include
    workshops, discussions and presentations on the very
    timely and critical issues of:

    The technology of e-learning: Converging infrastructures
