Dear Discussion Group,
I am going to be teaching Executive MBA class on Leading Change in an
international environment in different countries in Europe next year. I am
looking for great videos, excercises, etc... that you have used for this
type of course that I could order and add to my resources. Most of the
students are middle managers and their subordinates and organizations work
in cultures that are very hierarchical. I would appreciate any ideas that
you have that would make this class useful, motivating, interesting for
these students. Normally, I have not used videos in class and I would like
to use a couple very good ones. The texts I use are :
Level Three Leadership by Clawson
Diagnosing and Changing Organizational Culture by Cameron and Quinn
Experimental Approach to Organizational Development by Harvey and Brown
