I would like to compare accounts of participant observation in
organisations with fictional accounts of organisational life.

Can anyone point me towards collections of organisational ethnographies
and/or collections of short stories about organisations?

Re Fiction Accounts of Organizational Life

I don't know of any collections, but "Bartleby, The Scrivener" is an
excellent short story of life in an organization, by Herman Melville.

Tony Watson's account of managers' experiences in an organisation is
