    This research has been sponsored by the Institution of Economic Studies,
    Chiba University of Commerce for 3 years. The research team administered
    a questionnaire and conducted interviews with managers across the USA
    and JAPAN. Their in-depth analysis will be presented in this workshop.
    The research team is represented by two American-based scholars and
    three scholars from the Nippon Academy of Management Education (NAME).
    NAME is recognized as the leading management education and development
    association in Japan.

    This session will be held on SATURDAY, AUGUST 10, 2002, 3-5:00PM in the
    Denver Convention Center, room C202.
