I am helping a Brazilian NGO that is planning a Quality Seminar at the
beginning of 2003. The Organization wants to invite international
quality experts to talk during this seminar, with the air fare and
accommodation expenses at the hotel where the event will be held, paid
by a Brazilian government R&D organization. The NGO is WIRS - World
Institute for Retired Scientists, rewarded by UK's Global Ideias Bank.
As it is a non profit making organization, it does not have the money
for the fee, but it provides a good opportunity to visit one of the most
beautiful regions in the south of Brazil, besides Rio de Janeiro and
other touristic areas.

The only requirement of the sponsoring bodies is that the candidates
should have impressive CVs.
