TELL US ABOUT YOUR DOCTORAL PROGRAM!
Jone Pearce, (our in-coming AoM president) and the Doctoral Student
Liaison Committee (DSL) are interested in asking members of the Academy
about doctoral programs at their schools, as part of an overall review
of Doctoral Education for the AACSB. There are three areas of
particular interest:
1. What is your school doing to make its Ph.D. program attractive to
prospective students? What is your school doing to increase enrollment
numbers of doctoral students?
2. What (if anything) is your school doing to reduce attrition and help
keep students in the program, once they have started?
3. Is your school doing anything to try to decrease the amount of time
needed for students to complete their degrees?
We would greatly appreciate your input on this topic! Please send your
