Apfelthaler is right on with his views about multiregional management styles.
Hofstede merely scratched the surface with his early methodology, but our
30-years of work in Japan and PRC has documented the clash of culturally
influenced management styles. My new book, The Insiders, deals with the need
to modify American management styles to suite foreign cultures using our
    "third culture" approach.

    Dear Dr.Graen,
I am interested in your new book, The Insiders. Is it better to get it from you or should I contact Amazon?

    Gratefully Yours,
