    The 3rd European Conference on Knowledge Management was held at Trinity
    College Dublin last week. There was an impressive range and scope of
    papers
    presented by researchers from some 20 different countries. The keynote
    address was delivered by Dave Snowden, Director of the Cynefin Centre
    for
    Organisational Complexity, IBM Global Services. The proceedings are now
