ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT
The Adelphi University School of Business has an exciting agenda of change and growth, as we not only prepare for AACSB accreditation, but also add unique academic programs to satisfy the needs of Long Island and New York City organizations. We are seeking outstanding individuals to fill several positions in the area of Management. Each position requires an earned doctorate in the teaching discipline; a record of scholarly publications, a demonstrated record of and commitment to outstanding teaching, professional experience, very good teaching evaluations and computer skills.
This individual should have the ability to teach introductory and advanced management courses on the undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful candidate also will have teaching/research interests in several of the following areas: leadership, change management, human resource management, technology management, negotiations, organizational behavior.
