    Regarding Bob Lowson's request on the pedagogic value of case studies in
    management learning:

    You may want to see the following experimental study (citation below)
    wherein we compared the Harvard style of case teaching with an alternative
    MICA method. We found the MICA method scored better on case preparation,
    class participation, and on learning. In the paper, you will also find
    other references to studies on case teaching.
