Professor Romie Littrell kindly provided a link to T. D. Wilson's paper
about the nonsense of KM, a paper I'd read before and which I just read again.
I think Wilson's paper is a reasonably accurate, even if obviously cynical
portrayal of KM as peddled by large consultancies. But I don't think
Wilson's paper provides an adequate foundation for completely dismissing
the concept of KM.
