I've been around training and development for many years, including getting
some traditional and nontraditional degrees, etc. Revans' action learning
is one of the most powerful, yet straightforward and practical, approaches I
have ever seen. It's so natural that many people disregard its power
because it's not based on gurus, very novel, very complex and very
    expensive.

I wish that everyone could have a chance to read his "The Origins and Growth
of Action Learning". He's one of the most insightful and articulate writers
I have ever read, by far.

He contributed a great deal to the world. We all should be so helpful.
