    One of the Academy of Management's Management Education and Development
    Division's favorite journals is Emerald's Journal of Management Development.
    For more than a decade JMD has sponsored our Best Paper in Management
    Development. Therefore is great to learn that a very active member of our
    Mg-Ed-Dv virtual community Romie Littrell of the Auckland University of
    Technology has authored JMD's Outstanding Article of 2002: "Desirable
    leadership behaviours of multi-cultural managers in China". I'm sure Romie
    will send you a copy if you ask: littrellaom@yahoo.co.nz .
