Usually just a reader, but couldn't resist this one.
I am not certain these are appropriate at this level, and I do not have
exact references with me this Saturday morning in Singapore but from an
instructional design perspective I suggest- works from both Garry Rummler
and Robert Mager which are both application oriented.
