    CALL FOR PAPERS

    E-Learning: A Virtual Promise

    Papers are invited for the Fourth International Conference on Human-System
    Learning / Quatrième Colloque International sur l’Apprentissage Personne-
    Système, 2nd – 4th July, 2003.

    The conference will be held at Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, UK,
    and is being co-hosted with L'Université de Caen and Europia.

    Papers addressing topics in the following streams are particularly welcome:

    Pedagogy and Flexible Learning

    Management and Behavioural Issues

    Tools, Technologies & Systems

    Organisational Infrastructure & Policy


    Conference Objectives:

    To reflect critically on the realisation of the “Virtual Promise”.
    To facilitate engagement across boundaries in the e-learning community
    towards collaborative exchange and dialogue.
    To “jump the learning curve” and move towards obtaining the optimal
    applications of e-technologies.


    A selection of papers presented at this conference will be published in a
    Special Edition of the International Journal of Design Sciences and
    Technology / Revue des Sciences et Techniques de la Conception.


    Abstracts of no more than 500 words should be submitted by 28th February
