I have worked in corporate identity management (Shell- Brent Spar and Nigeria
crises), corporate commitment to sustainable development, and corporate
    reporting. Articles are as follows:

    Livesey, S. M., & Kearins, K.(2002).Open and Caring Corporations? A Study of
Sustainability Reports by The Body Shop and Royal Dutch/ Shell. (2002).
Organization & Environment, 15(3), 229-254. [An earlier version of this paper
was presented at the annual conference of the Academy of Management,
Washington, D.C., August 2001, and was published in the proceedings of that
    meeting.]

Livesey, S. M. (2002). The Discourse of the Middle Ground: Citizen Shell
Commits to Sustainable Development. Management Communication Quarterly, 15(3),
    309-343.
    Livesey, S. M. 2001. Eco-Identity as Discursive Struggle: Royal Dutch/ Shell,
    Brent Spar, and Nigeria.
The Journal of Business Communication, 38 (1), 58-91. [Nominated for
2001 Outstanding Article Award of The Journal of Business Communication].

    Hope this helps.
