    If you are responding to Romie's request, do so OFF-LIST. Also, Mg-Ed-Dv
    does not allow attachments and your attachment was stripped off, making your
    message ineffective in all respects.

    Though I usually welcome responses on-list, the focus of this list is
    management EDUCATION. And, though streaming off-topic every so often is
    fine, deluges off-topic are not welcome.

    Arthur, by the bye, Pontypridd, Wales, must be a wonderful place to work.
