    Dear All

Following on from Shane's posting on NASCAR and management issues. I have
also written a number of papers on the subject relating to Formula One and
management. I have produced a number of teaching case studies on F1 teams
Ferrari, McLaren, Williams and Stewart Grand Prix. The cases use Resource
Based Theory to explore how each team were able to create a sustained
competitive advantage. These are available in 'Exploring Corporate Strategy'
by Johnson & Scholes http://www.booksites.net/johnsonscholes/ and also
through the European Case Clearing house http://www.ecch.cranfield.ac.uk/
    . >.

    Best regards
    Mark
