    Hello there!

    Last year this UK conference drew around 130 people from 6 countries with a
    high subsequent publciation rate across four different journals. This
    year we're hoping for the same fun mix of academics, practitioners,
    professionals... Academic Papers suggested or submitted so far include
    CRM, New models for virtual enterprises, SMEs, e-women.... Presentation
    topics so far include intangible assets, data security and risk, models
    for web-based business, business incubation. The conference tracks are
    * CRM
    * Industry, commerce and HE
    * Knowledge
    * Small firms

    The 1st July is at IBM Warwick, 9.30-4.30; the 2nd is nearby in
    Stratford-on-Avon 9.30-2.00 pm and focuses on 'knowledge' issues in
    organisations. Accommodation this year is suggested in
    Stratford-on-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare!
