Hi everyone...
I am a clinical psychology doctoral candidate completing a dissertation
on personality traits and cognitive style of senior level business
executives (n=50 CEO's to senior VP's) using the Rorschach inkblot technique
as a projective assessment tool.
My lit review indicates that there is a paucity of research on this
sample using this method of assessment. Piotrowski developed a "Percept
Analytic Scale" used with executives in the 60's, but little has been done
since that time. I was wondering whether anyone is aware of current research
or knows psychologists using this instrument with executives (as a component
of a battery). If possible, I would like to develop a normative sample
(n=100) to solidify this research.
Thank you for your assistance with this request.
Sincerely,
Pat Bach
