    The Open University has an elective in KM in its MBA and the emphasis is
    spreading within other electives, if that helps? Contact me if I can help

    The George Washington University has a KM degree and MBA degrees. With their
    flexible, student interest MBA foci, they are probably willing to combine the
    two areas. The currently are merging their KM certificate program with the
    two schools (business and engineering), and their Knowledge Management
    Institute is co-directed by a futurist in the business school and KM engineer in the
    engineering school.
