    Colleagues:

    It's that time of the year for us to clear out either slightly damaged or
    overstocked inventory. Depending upon the book, we have between 150 to 600
    books that we will send to you for the mailing cost. The descriptions of the
    items are given below. In the past, the following procedure worked well:
    1. If you are interested in receiving any of those listed below, please
    first email me with your request for the particular item(s) and the number
    requested. First come, first served.
    2. If we have the item(s), I will email you back with the weight and price
    for shipping via U.S. mail. (If you want one or two books, I will put it
    (them) into a $3.95 two-day mailer.)
    3. DO NOT send cash, credit card numbers, or a check! Do send us within 10
    days the appropriate postage in stamps as well as a self-addressed label. If
    you want a case or two of a book(s), we will request an UPS 'will call'
    label.
    4. This offer is good for the continental US only.
