Fall, 2004. The Department of Human Resource Administration
within the Fox School of Business and Management has a
Senior Assistant or Junior Associate [at least 5-8 years
experience] tenure track position available.
Applicants need a Ph.D. and have research publications
record in top tier journals. Research areas may include, but
are not limited to: ethics/corporate governance, diversity,
and relational processes in organizations.
Desired teaching areas may include: ethics, principles of
management, leadership, influence and negotiations,
organizational communications, and combining information
technology with either organizational behavior or human
resource management. Additionally, mentoring of Ph.D.
students is critical.
The Department of Human Resource Administration has
approximately 200 undergraduate majors, and also active
Masters and Ph.D. programs. The new faculty person will join
12 full-time faculty and will be expected to contribute to
meeting the Department's service and teaching needs, as well
as research endeavors.
Temple University, of the Commonwealth System of Higher
