The Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland is exploring the
possibility of creating an educational program for COOs (or otherwise titled
"second in command" positions) of Nonprofit Organizations. This feasibility
study
is being conducted in partnership with the Maryland Association of Nonprofit
Organizations.
