Hello if I may offer some assistance,
Have a look at the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory quiz - which looks at
thinking styles, and corresponds to four sources of differences between
    people.
Am I an Action oriented or reflection oriented thinker?
Am I a facts based thinker or an ideas based thinker?
Am I an oriented thinker or a spontaneous thinker?
This will help the individual's) appreciate why they have to effective in
supporting others and interacting with different kinds of individuals from
different social backgrounds. And make better decisions to help the people
    they care for.
Also look at Transactional Analysis, this will help in areas of
identification of ego states and enable, the participants to explore ,and
deal with personalities, conflict within those personalities , show
disorders that will arise with different individuals including understanding
    of themselves also.

    Cheers Iris

I am preparing a 1-day workshop in September. The theme of the workshop is
around networking and advocacy. The participants will have to learn how to
advocate effectively of a social concept and network better in order to
enlarge their influence in the country.

I will be grateful if the List members could help me in identifying some
short exercises to illustrate networking and advocacy. Do some of you also
know some good case studies from the non-profit sector regarding networking?

Greatly appreciate your help, I look forward to hearing from you.
