    OB/OT/ONE FACULTY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
    UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA, TAMPA

    The Department of Management and Organization in the College of Business
    invites applications for a tenure track position in Organizational
    Theory/Behavior. The position is at the Assistant or early Associate
    Professor level. Salary and teaching load are competitive with AACSB
    accredited, PhD granting institutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES include: teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in
    Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Organizations and the
    Natural Environment, and related topics; working with PhD students;
    developing and maintaining a high quality research program; and providing
    service to the profession, university, and local community.

    QUALIFICATIONS: PhD in management or closely related field (ABDs close to
    graduation will be considered); evidence of ability to conduct and publish
    high quality research; evidence of excellence in teaching organizational
    behavior, organizational theory, and related topics. Preference will be
    given to candidates who also have the ability to conduct research and teach
    courses in organizational greening and sustainable business.

    15-minute drive from the downtown area and Tampa Bay, and a 45-minute drive
    from the St. Petersburg Beaches. USF is a comprehensive,
