Dear colleagues,
The Eastern Academy of Management invites your submissions for its 41st
Annual Meeting, May 12-15, 2004 at the Providence Marriott in Providence
RI.
The conference theme is "Organizational Wisdom: Human, Managerial, and
Strategic Implications". The deadline for submissions is December 8th
2003. Please refer to the conference webpage to view a full call for
papers and submission details:

The meeting will feature fifteen different divisions and include: 1)
Papers, 2) Symposia, 3) Panels, Roundtables, and Professional
Development Workshops, 4) Experiential Exercises, 5) Cases, and 6) All
Conference Sessions. Awards will be awarded for outstanding papers. You
may be invited to submit your paper for a special issue of Group and
Organization Management. This year's conference will also feature three
concurrent consortia focused on a) Doctoral Student, b) Juni or Faculty,
and c) Adjunct Faculty development.
Distinguished speakers scheduled for EAM 2004 include Paul Lawrence,
Chris Argyris, Jone Pearce, and Jean Bartunek.
