Over the holidays I finished up several new articles for my web site. One
of them seems particularly relevant to this group.
WORK & MANAGEMENT
"Managerial Performance." In this paper I use William Powers' Perceptual
Control Theory to take a look at managerial performance. In essence, I see
the manager as interventionist.
