    Shane,
    I have set Mg-Ed-Dv not to accept attachments for security reasons.
    It is impossible to send an attachment to this virtual community. Your idea
    of having someone put it on a website and then post the url to the list is a
    perspicacious one.

    I am interested in the exercise too, so here are suggestions of
    possible ways to proceed:

    - Scan the document into a pdf file. Anyone with a scanner and Adobe
    Acrobat software can do this in about 2 - 3 minutes for a four page
    document.

    - The listserv moderator may allow for a pdf file to be sent since it
    is not prone to viruses

    - Post the pdf file or Word file to your own website for download and
    alert the listserv

    - See if Charles Wankel can post the file to a listserv-related site
    and alert the listserv
