Allow me to introduce myself. I am an independent executive
search consultant based in Hong Kong. Presently, I am working on an
assignment, looking for the Head of Instructional Design. The job is based
in Singapore/Hong Kong and attached is the position specification. The job
is open to all nationalities.
The candidate would need to have at least 8 years of instructional design
experience, gained ideally with a corporate renowned for its learning
practice. He/She must also have strong communication and management skill
set.
