    MANAGEMENT FACULTY POSITIONS
    (Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy)

    The Management and Marketing Department in the John L. Grove College of
    Business at Shippensburg University invites applications for three(3)
    tenure track assistant/associate professor positions in Management,
    commencing Fall Semester 2005. The John L. Grove College of Business
    (http://www.ship.edu/~business) has been fully accredited by AACSB
    International since 1982. The Management and Marketing Department
    currently has 15 full-time tenure track faculty with 533 undergraduates
    in Marketing, General Management (Entrepreneurship), Human Resource
    Management, and International Management. The department services the
    BSBA core with the following courses: American Legal Environment,
    Principles of Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Business and Society,
    and Strategy.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: effective teaching at the undergraduate and
    graduate levels (including distance education delivery) in (1) human
    resource management; (2) entrepreneurship; and (3) strategy; engaging
    in research/publications (appropriate for graduate level AACSB
    accreditation, if seeking associate level rank); and providing service
    to the university, college, department, and business community.

    QUALIFICATIONS: an earned doctorate in management or related discipline
    (or ABD) from an AACSB accredited university; a current
    research/publication record (appropriate for graduate level AACSB
    accreditation, if seeking associate level rank); demonstrated teaching
    effectiveness; and instructional technology capability. A demonstration
    of teaching effectiveness will be required as part of the interview
    process.

    COMPENSATION: Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications
    and experience. Research/publication is expected and supported.

    APPLICATION: Review of completed applications will begin on October 1,
