    ISAGA05

ISAGA05 will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and it is closer than you may
think. It will begin on 27 June and it will end on 1 July, 2005, less than
    10 months after ISAGA2004.

There will some important formats and deadlines you need to be aware of:

The theme of the conference will be: SERIOUS PLAY

    1.0 Paper and workshop formats.
1.1 If you are presenting a research or theory based paper you may
choose from either a 30 minute or a 1 hour presentation time slot.
1.2 If you are running a workshop or demonstrating a game, you will have
you choice of a 1, 2 or 3 hour time slot.

    2.0 deadlines
2.1 Proposals and abstracts are to be submitted by 15 November 2004 to
be considered as early. Early submissions well be notified of their
acceptance by 31 December, 2004. Include your choice of paper or workshop
format and your needed time duration with the submission of the proposal or
    abstract.
2.2 Proposals and abstracts received after 1 January will be notified of
your acceptance on or before 15 February, 2005. Again, include your choice
of paper or workshop format and your needed time duration with the
submission of the proposal or abstract.

2.3 Proposals or abstracts received after 15 February will be accepted
    on a "space available" basis.
2.4 All final drafts of documents and papers must be submitted before 15
May to be included in the CD-Rom based proceedings.
2.5 All proposals, abstracts final documents and papers need to be
submitted via E-mail as an attachment formatted in MSWORD format and sent
    to: ISAGA05@mgt.gatech.edu

    3.0 Hotel reservations
3.1 Reservations at the Georgia Tech Hotel need to be made on or before
19 February, 2005. Reservation made after 28 February will not receive the

    Hi,

I was a speaker at the Sydney ISAGA, I gave a talk on microcosms gameplay
where roll play within an interactive team environment, could simulate on
the job training in management areas.

It was a great conference to attend

    cheers
    tony
