Aims and Scope of the Conference:
Intellectual capital (IC) has become a major concern not only for academics
but also for business managers, investors, other stakeholders, and policy
makers. The general objectives of this conference are to bring together the
most relevant aspects of current knowledge of intellectual capital and to
serve as an exchange platform for practitioner, researchers, and policy
makers to work on current issues of the management, measurement, valuation
and reporting of intellectual capital.
The themes of conference include:
Managing Issues of IC
Measuring Issues of IC
Valuations Issues of IC
Identification of the critical intangible value drivers
Reporting and disclosing of IC
Theoretical foundations of IC measurement and valuation
Research methods for IC related research
Other related research (e.g., knowledge management, human
capital, organizational learning, intangible assets)
Special issue of the Journal of Intellectual Capital:
Selected papers from the conference will be considered for the publication
in the "Pan-Asian Special Issue" of Journal of Intellectual Capital.
