If you have a spare half hour or so and would be willing to assist in a reliability check of a multi-version survey of preferred explicit leader behaviour please reply to this email message and I will send you the survey as an attachment (Norton anti-virus scanned of course, nonetheless, it may go to your spam/bulkmail box, so please check).
The intent of the test is to remove American slang from an English version, to balance positive and negative behaviour descriptions, and to test effects of order of item presentation.

Ill send you a summary of the results.

The survey form will be sent from the address: leadersurvey@yahoo.co.nz and you may return it to that address.

The link between the survey and your identification will be immediately destroyed when the survey is received and downloaded. If you have questions, please reply with them.

    Regards,
