    InSITE 2005 welcomes submissions in any area that explores issues in
    effectively and efficiently informing clients through information
    technology. In addition, the conference invites submissions on IT education.

    The language of the conference is English. All submissions should be
    original and not currently under review by any other publication or
    conference. All papers will be reviewed by three or more reviewers in a
    process commonly known as double-blind. At least one reviewer will be
    external to the conference.

    Highly rated papers will be published in the journal "Issues in Informing
    Science and Information Technology". All other accepted papers will be
    published in the conference proceedings.

    Authors of accepted papers receive a US $50 conference registration fee
    discount as an honorarium for their contribution.

    Volunteer to be a reviewer. Active reviewers receive a US $50 discount on
    the conference registration fee.

    Reviewers need review three papers during December.  Reviewers are
    acknowledged as members of the International Board of Reviewers for the
    journal Issues in Informing Science and Information Technology and receive
    US $50 Conference Registration Fee discount as an honorarium.

    Informing Science is a professional organization that provides resources
    (journals and repositories of learning objects and links to free resources)
    without charge to everyone, without regard to membership. To support our
