What are the key characteristics of innovators? A strong personal drive, a capacity of convincingly presenting arguments and an ability to perform self-motivation combined with
a sense of business. This is a combination hard to find! Creative thinking accompained with Dedication, Devotion and Clear Strong Intent
Is innovation only for men? Do ethnic minorities have any part to play in innovation? In recent pilot research here in the UK, the key innovators named by participants were all male with no members of ethnic minorities identified; the innovating business sectors and industries were also all male-dominated; where are the role models to change these ideas?
