Welcome to the official website for the 2005 Conference on Student
Agency and Enterprise Leadership! Student agency and enterprise
leadership programs offer a unique educational experience by providing
students the opportunity to gain hands-on experiences running an
existing organization, as well as providing employment to university
students and products and services to the broader community. This forum
will provide opportunities for student officers, managers, and
administrators to share ideas about best practices, organizational-wide
issues and possible joint ventures between programs and institutions.
Together we can create a strong network that will allow all of our
programs to move forward.
The goals of the Conference on Student Agency and Enterprise Leadership
are:
* To bring together students and staff from various universities
who work in or with student enterprises/agencies, to share and learn
from each other on how to improve their programs, and
* To provide interesting and useful entrepreneurship and
leadership education content that can be applied within student
enterprises/agencies.

Conference Information
The Conference on Student Agency and Enterprise Leadership is being
hosted by Columbia University with the help of a Steering Committee
including representatives from Barnard College, Cornell University,
Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, and Princeton University.
We invite all members of Student Enterprise and Agency programs and
those interested in potentially starting these kinds of programs at all
institutions to take part in the Conference on Student Agency and
Enterprise Leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join your
peers and colleagues in New York City for engaging dialogue, idea
sharing and of course FUN!
Through the generous support of Citigroup Foundation, we have
established a scholarship fund for institutions that need financial
support in order to attend the conference. If you would like to apply,
