    The head of an internal organizational effectiveness unit just recommended
    two papers and I was wondering if anyone on these two lists has easy access
    to them in electronic form and might be willing to share them with me:

    I'm glad you got the articles, Fred. However, I can't resist a plug for the
    business I'm in. Local and academic libraries have subscriptions to
    databases containing tens of thousands of professional journals. I was able
    to access these articles by contacting my local library's online librarian
    who quickly found sites to these articles. I now have a choice of html or
    PDF format for download.
