You are invited to contribute Papers and Abstracts (refereed) to the
Journal and Conferences, as well as non-refereed Abstracts and Letters
to the Editor, to the Conferences. Each Conference will publish
refereed/non-refereed Proceedings, as well as a Special Issue of the
Journal (refereed). For Conference proceedings, at least one author must
be registered/present.
'Papers' are no longer than 4,500 words, Abstracts are no longer than
800 words. Materials must be original (prior short-form conference
publications are permissible).
These general topic areas are of interest to either Journal or
Conferences.
