Position in Organization Behavior/Organization Mangement and Theory at the
University of Aarhus, Denmark
The Department of Management at the School of Economics and Management,
University of Aarhus Denmark, is seeking candidates for a full-time faculty
positions in Organization Behavior/Organization and Management Theory
starting Spring (or Fall) 2006. Candidates who also have interest and
qualifications in one or more of the following areas: Human Resource
Management, International Management, and Organizational Change and
Development, will be preferred. The rank is open, with a preference for
junior faculty. Shorter visits are also a possibility.
Candidates at the Assistant Professor level must be ABD or have completed a
doctorate and must demonstrate a strong commitment to high quality research
and teaching in Organization Behavior and Organization and Management
Theory. Candidates at the Associate Professor level must have demonstrated
track records of successful research and teaching. Applicants should be
able to teach at undergraduate level and higher levels but compared to
American Universities teaching burdens are lower.
