    Charles and Gary,
    Thanks for spotlighting Cowan's work.
I am struck by the similarity of the recent book, "Presence" by Senge,
    Scharmer, Jaworski and Flowers.

    Jack,

Thanks for the mention of this book. It has gone on my reading list for this
winter. I'll be interested to see just who they have interviewed, with a
particular look-out for any American Indian scholars and if they included
American Indian philosophy in their "new theory about change and learning." I'm
also wondering just how "new" these concepts are, or are they just "new" to the
current western thinking that is used to run most businesses today.

If you could share any snippets from the book with us, it would be appreciated.
It might move it up on my reading list, as these kinds of different approaches
that might relate back to the Medicine Wheel do grab my attention.

    Make a Great Day!
