Entrepreneurship position.
The Department of Management/Marketing at Shippensburg University of
Pennsylvania seeks candidates for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate
Professor position, for the academic year beginning August 2006.
Responsibilities: 1) Teach undergraduate and graduate courses
(including distance education delivery) in Entrepreneurship, both
Corporate and Small/Family Business, and Organizational Behavior; 2)
engage in research/publications; and 3) provide service to the
university, college, department, and business community.
Requirements: An earned doctorate in management or related discipline
(ABD considered) from an AACSB accredited university; a current
research/publication record (appropriate for graduate level AACSB
accreditation); demonstrated teaching effectiveness; and instructional
technology capability. A demonstration of teaching effectiveness will
be required as part of the interview process. A terminal degree from an
accredited institution is required for tenure. All candidates must
furnish proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. upon appointment.
