In scanning today's news I found an article in the Wirtschaft (business) section Der Spiegel (using Google's free language translations utility) on the head of human resource training company in Germany who decided to go off on a cruise for 100 days with his family to demonstrate to clients like Citibank that you can create an organization that will not crash and burn when the boss is away.
