Paso Style." In this case, EL PASO is an acronym standing for:

The article focuses on two loops: the El Paso loop, which is a useful way of
thinking about the larger context in which problems are solved and the
Solution Engineering loop, which is a useful framework for problem solving
and for solving problems.
