              International Journal of Organizational Analysis (IJOA)

    IJOA is a quarterly journal that publishes original theoretical and empirical articles that address national and international issues falling into the following domains:

     
    • Organization theory
    • Organizational behavior
    • Strategic management
    • Human resource management
    • Business and society, ethics and values
    In addition, IJOA publishes case studies, research notes, simulations, book reviews, and teaching notes.
     
    The journal has openings for an Editor and four Associate Editors. Please send your nominations or self-nominations to Afzal Rahim (mgt2000@aol.com).
