I would support Charles in this.
It is important that we share ideas and issues robustly and professionally.
An approach that demeans the views, opinions or experiences of others isn't
necessary.
Best wishes,
John M.

Subject: Mg-Ed-Dv will not tolerate ad hominem attacks
The Mg-Ed-Dv Management Education and Development Discussion affiliated with
the Academy of Management's Management Education and Development Division
was founded as forum for COLLEGIAL exchange among academicians and
practitioners on those topics. Ad hominem attacks (flaming) will not be
tolerated. Accordingly the discussion of MBTI is hereby moved off-line. In
the future I exhort all members of this community to refrain from personal
disparagement but rather focus on ideas per se.
Cybercollegially,
Charles Wankel
