    The Department of Management is seeking to hire one or more instructors to teach two sections of Organizational Behavior in <st1:place><st1:placename>Northern</st1:placename> <st1:placename>Illinois</st1:placename> <st1:placetype>University</st1:placetype></st1:place>’s evening MBA Program.  The MBA courses are taught at our <st1:place>Hoffman Estates</st1:place> and <st1:city><st1:place>Rockford</st1:place></st1:city> campuses during the evenings.  Teaching experience and a relevant masters degree are the minimum requirements.  A relevant PhD or ABD and business experience are preferred.
