Hello all. I apologize for any cross-posting duplication of this request. I'm developing a new graduate course entitled Organizations and Leadership: Structure, Culture and Change. The course is meant to provide students with a general understanding of organizations from a leadership perspective. I'm looking to include macro and micro organizational theory, but still give the course an applied perspective. This is part of the curriculum for a new Masters in Leadership program at Penn State's World Campus.
Any suggestions for texts and readings? Anyone teaching a similar course and willing to share their syllabus? In return, I'll summarize and share information I receive and develop on my own. Thanks in advance for your time!
