I'm trying to locate an article about the publishing history of Frederick
Winslow Taylor's book, "The Principles of Scientific Management."

The title of the article is "The Principles of Scientific Management by Fred
Taylor: Exposures in print beyond the private printing"

The author's name (so far as I'm able to determine) is Carol Carlson Dean.
The article appeared in the Journal of Management History, Volume 3, Number
1, April 1997, pp. 4-17(14).

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

All I could find on Google is that she was on the faculty at North Texas
State about 10 years ago (see
http://www.iabs.net/prog93.pdf#search='Carol%20Carlson%20Dean) and had an
article published in CSULA's "Business Forum" (see
http://bookstore.xmlwriter.net/books/viewbook/Barriers_to_international_tech
nology_transfer._:_An_article_from:_Business_Forum-B00093N398.html). Hope
