Paula,
Two that come to mind immediately are IBM when Lou Gerstner took over
and Apple with Steve Jobs reincarnation. Also you may want to look at
Ford in the late seventies, early eighties when they allowed the union
to sit on the Board, which was unique for a large company at that time.
